Acupuncture

The practice of Acupuncture is over 2,000 years old.

Treatments use hair-thin disposable sterile needles to stimulate points within the body to balance the flow of Qi [chi] to the 14 pathways of the body.

This Qi [energy] can be impeded by injury to the body, disease, emotional trauma, or daily stress.  Acupuncture addresses the symptoms as well as the underlying causes of these imbalances and restores the natural flow of Qi throughout the body.

Treatments can increase circulation, open the lymphatic system, release endorphins, regulate hormones, reduce inflammation and provide pain relief.  It is excellent for both acute and chronic conditions and is profoundly helpful for autoimmune diseases.

Jessica addresses your specific health concerns through a combination of Chinese and Japanese styles of Acupuncture.
